Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Botanica Beauty website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and details accurately, but we do not guarantee that your screen's display is accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order after it has been placed (for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud). Payment must be received in full before an order ships. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Product Use & Cosmetic Disclaimer

Our products are hair and beauty care items intended for external use only, following the instructions on their packaging. Individual results may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before first use, as ingredients may cause a reaction in some individuals. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Nothing on the Site is intended as medical advice; consult a professional if you have a specific health concern.

Brand Names & Intellectual Property

Product brand names such as INOAR, AMEND, KNUT, Folha Nativa, and Jacques Janine are trademarks of their respective owners; we sell genuine products but are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those brands unless stated. All content on the Site — including the Botanica Beauty name, logo, text, and images — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to use automated means to scrape or copy content without permission.
