The Story
Botanica Beauty started with two friends and a simple problem. Jeffrey, a pilot who fell in love with Brazil, married a woman whose hair no American product could handle. Bottle after bottle, nothing did what it promised.
William, a Brazilian American who earned degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego, knew why. The formulations she needed weren’t sold here. He sent one Brazilian product. That was the last bottle she ever had to question.

We bring Brazil’s best hair care to the U.S., so your hair finally gets what it’s been asking for.
The Standard
We don’t carry everything Brazil makes, on purpose. Every product we have is designed to perform, through carefully selected ingredients and refined formulation where texture, scent, and experience are considered at every level.
We review everything we carry every quarter and keep only what still earns its place. A chemist reads the formula before you do.
Why Brazil
Brazilian formulas are built for every condition: heavy humidity, strong sun, salt water, and a country where nearly every hair texture is common. A product that only works on easy hair doesn’t last there.
They lean on natural ingredients most U.S. brands don’t touch. Açaí, buriti, murumuru, cupuaçu, all Amazonian, all oils and butters that feed hair over weeks instead of coating it for a day.
