Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at jw@botanicabrbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items not in original packaging
