Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Unopened Products: Full Refund

If a product is unopened and in its original packaging, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and inspect it.

Opened Products: Store Credit

You can still return a product you've opened and tried, as long as it's only been used once. If it's not right for your hair after that first use, we'll issue store credit for the full amount. We can't accept products that are half-used or mostly gone.

How to Start a Return

The steps are the same either way:

Email us at customerservice@botanicabrbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we confirm your return is eligible, we'll send return instructions and a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free.
Ship the item back.
Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund or store credit within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable

Products used more than once, or more than lightly used
Requests made after 30 days from delivery
Items sent back without emailing us first
