Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all orders over $100 ship free within the United States. We also offer expedited and overnight shipping options at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed the same day. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in original packaging. Full refunds are issued to your original payment method. Email jw@botanicabrbeauty.com to start a return.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship to all 50 US states.
