Yes. We source through the brands and their authorized channels, not third-party resellers or gray-market lots. What arrives is the same product sold in Brazil, in current, unexpired stock. If anything ever looks wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

The Brazilian formulas. A lot of brands make a separate U.S. version and the results change. We stock what Brazilians actually buy, adjusted only where U.S. rules require it.

Everything we sell meets U.S. formulation rules. Brazilian smoothing treatments have a reputation here, so we're specific about it: we don't carry anything that breaks how products can be formulated in the U.S.

Yes, all orders over $40 ship free within the United States. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

Orders are usually processed the same day. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited (2 to 3 days) and overnight are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. Click the link anytime to see where your package is. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or reach us at customerservice@botanicabrbeauty.com and we'll resend it.

You have 30 days from delivery. Unopened products get a full refund to your original payment. Opened is fine too: if you've tried it once and it's not right, we'll issue store credit for the full amount. Email customerservice@botanicabrbeauty.com with your order number to start.
